Compliance & anti-money-laundering
How BluPay approaches compliance, and what we expect from merchants using the platform.
Our posture
BluPay operates a custodial crypto payment service and takes financial-crime prevention seriously. We maintain internal controls to detect and deter money laundering, fraud, and sanctioned activity across the platform.
[ FILL: state registrations/licences you actually hold, or say "operating under review in [jurisdiction]" — never claim a licence you do not have ]
Merchant obligations
- Use BluPay only for lawful business and comply with the laws that apply to you.
- Do not use the service for prohibited or sanctioned activity, or to obscure the source of funds.
- Provide accurate business information and respond to verification requests where required.
Screening & monitoring
We monitor platform activity for risk signals and may request additional information, place a hold, or decline activity that appears to breach these terms or applicable law.
[ FILL: name your sanctions/AML tooling or process if you want to be specific (e.g. address-screening provider) ]
Data & records
Compliance records are retained as required by applicable law and handled per our Privacy policy. Report suspected abuse to compliance@blupay.me.
